Mindfulness Prompt | Observe

Set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone to remind you to check-in with how you’re feeling. Don’t overthink it or obsess about why. Just stop and observe energy, stress levels, emotions, whatever’s going on. Take the time to listen and to feel.

Mindfulness Prompt | Identify

For day two, set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone. Each time an alarm goes off first, observe how you feel and then, identify what you’re feeling. Say it out loud or write it down. Again, no obsessing or worrying, just observe and identify, “I’m feeling really overwhelmed” or “I’m feeling energized”. This simple awareness can start a ripple effect of good choices for your body.

The Modern | A modern dance inspired class rooted in smart, alignment based movement (no dance experience needed). Turn on your favorite music as you flow. (10 minutes)

Mindfulness Prompt | Act

Again, set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone. When each alarm goes off, first, observe, second, identify, then, Act - do something good for your body based on how you’re feeling - guzzle some water, breathe for 5 minutes, or stretch out. What small thing can you do today to honor your body? And how can you respond to your body in a healthy way?

Again, set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone. When alarms go off observe, identify, act, record. At the end of the day, take a few minutes to write down your reflections on the week. What did you observe on a regular basis? Is it challenging to identify what you’re feeling? What kind of value can you see coming from regular observation and positive action? Where can you go from here?
