I love a good beat and the rhythm that the breath creates.  I believe in movement that is both therapeutic and cathartic; for mind and body. I believe that when we move often and well, the tone and shape of our bodies takes care of itself; that movement has the power to both change and nurture our bodies. And that it is the means to doing more of what you love.
