Again, set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone. When each alarm goes off, first observe, then, Act - do something good for your body based on how you’re feeling - guzzle some water, breathe for 5 minutes, or stretch out. How many small things can you do today to honor your body? And how can you respond to your body in a healthy way?

Set three (pleasant) alarms on your phone for different times of the day to remind yourself to check-in with how you’re feeling. Don’t overthink it or obsess about why. Just stop and observe energy, stress levels, emotions, whatever’s going on. Take the time to listen and to feel. How do you feel walking around in your body? What do you wish was different.
