Let me say it first. I am an ongoing work in progress. I struggle with stability in my neck and shoulders. My right side is massively more dominant than my left. And my hip flexors seem to get shorter after each baby. And that's exactly why I need Pilates. Without it, my body would be a mess. I can't imagine all the long nights hunched in a chair with babies without something to balance it all out in the morning. Life seems to always be throwing something our way. And Pilates is there to help deal with the kinks and bumps along the way. It is so much more than a workout. It's a method of managing one's own body.
