Don't just sit there!
Here's nice reminder that we aren't doing ourselves any favors by sitting all day. I came across this at the studio where I was working several years ago and thought it was a great illustration of just exactly what those negative effects are. We know it's true. It seems obvious that if we spend the majority of our time reinforcing bad habits, correcting those habits or creating new, better habits would be that much more difficult. So here's to movement and doing good things for our bodies!
