hello body pilates schedule

I'm starting to get back to things after a nice hiatus with my family. I have been lucky to have a smooth recovery where I was really able to do nothing but enjoy my new baby. I've really been feeling so good, it's weird. Returning to my Pilates practice, I am slowly feeling muscles begin to re-engage and my strength returning. It feels pretty darn good. So much changes during pregnancy, so I am focusing on being patient with my body and consistent with my practice.
